Olgaboli Bandas At a Glance
Explore Olgaboli Bandas from a birds-eye view in this short video.
Set up around a magnificent fig tree on the edge of the river, these simple rock and wood bandas offer a tranquil setting in which to relax.
Olgaboli Bandas are all made of natural rock and wood reflecting the area in which are they built. There is a large central mess and lounge area next to a lovely campfire nestled under the Olgaboli ‘fig tree’ after which the camp is named. There are four bandas, each with its own ensuite bathroom and each looks out over the Ewaso Nyiro River. The gentle murmur of the river in the background is the perfect lullaby at night.
What our guests say…
We just wanted to say thank you taking such good care of us at Olgaboli. We had a brilliant time relaxing under you beautiful big fig tree and enjoying your cooking! It was a great place to relax and do some yoga. We are looking forward to coming back.

I enjoyed our stay at Olgaboli bandas. Particularly liked the rooms without doors which was my first time experiencing such and seeing the first rays of light from my bed after the rolling river got me snoozing. And for the adventure buddies, there is Rock Climbing, Fishing, kayaking or swimming on River Ewaso Nyiro (bring your gear), Sundowners, you can do a Game drive enroute or around Naibunga conservancy, Cultural visit, bird watching or Follow honey guides to see them harvesting. I’ll definitely come back with more friends.

“Thank you for looking after us so well, your staff were fantastic, Susan prepared our food nicely and the beer was ice cold. We were particularly interested in wildlife, so it was beneficial to be able to visit the other Conservancies. What a wonderful fig tree you have and we were thrilled to watch 2 Verreaux’s Eagle Owls grooming each other. We will certainly visit you again.
