Tiamamut, Naibunga Campsites

Tiamamut campsite is accessed via the sand river. It is therefore very important to be aware of the weather conditions as flash flooding can occur during times of rain. Never camp in the river bed itself but there a plenty of fantastic shaded spots all along the drive to pull out and relax in Naibunga Conservancy.

Water

Cleaning water is available at Naibunga HQ. Guests should carry their drinking water.

Rangers

A ranger will be provided for an additional 1000 KES per ranger per day. We recommend taking 2x rangers so as one can help show you roads or walks while the other can look after your campsite. Rangers will be completely self-sufficient during their time with you.

Fire Wood

Rangers will help collect dead wood for use.
